A member asked:

I'm getting up to pee every night around 3, 4 in the morning, is this normal?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Maybe: Sleep quality is an important predictor of health. Night time urination that is relatively new could be a sign of diabetes. Could also be from drinking too much water before bed. Restriction water intake for the 2 hours before bedtime. Could also represent urinary tract infection or prostatitis. Restrict the water before bed and if it continues see your doctor.
