Lung CA and Bleeding: I have to assume this is prior to diagnosis and treatment?Lung cancer is much like an open sore that won't heal.At times when you cough the scab loosens and the area bleeds resulting in hemoptysis.During treatment bleeding can be from tissues that are raw, and after treatment it can be related to spider veins that are more fragile. These can crack and bleed.
