Depends: Where do you swim? Pool, a fresh water lake, or ocean? Is it cold/heated? Do you put your face in to breathe or leave it out? Possibilities: water is tainted with a bug (unlikely). Two more common: in cold water, your gut turns off. So later, when it turns back on, it feels crampy. Also, you might be swallowing air while you swim, pay attention to how you're breathing next time, just in case.
