I've been diagnosed with osteophytic lipping. i was prescribed to take medrol (methylprednisolone) 8 mg and do certain exercises. any views on my condition will be helpful?

Get a 2nd opinion.: Osteophytes are unusual in a 24 year old. Make sure you do not have spondylitis instead. See a rheumatologist if possible but get a 2nd opinion.
