Irregular menses: Hard to know without full history and exam. If this recurs would definitely consider seeing your gynecologist. Good luck.

See a doctor: You need to see a doctor. There are many conditions that may manifest in this way. This is especially important if this unusual for you( some women have irregular pattern of bleeding). Also pregnancy and it's complications need to be ruled out.
