But, you are too young, it's exceedingly rare in individuals <50 years old - only few case reports described it in young adults. Plus, changes in hormones, fluid retention ; circulation can affect your eyes/eyesight during pregnancy ; ESR naturally increases during pregnancy. You should see your doctor for further evaluation!
