Yes, but...: With a full term baby, one can count backwards about 9 months (actually 38 weeks, plus or minus 2 weeks) to estimate the conception date. It's only an estimate, but generally doesn't matter... Meaning it does not matter when conception happened, if the baby is born full term and healthy.
