A picture is worth : A thousand words. Are you diabetic? Balanitis, glans penis redness and ooze, ? Pimple, may be yeast, fungus or bacteria. You need to go to pcp, urgent care- not er. May be treated, may be cultured. May have other work up. Can't do this by phone or internet.

See ur MD asap: see a MD, you may have a sexually transmitted disease. Syphilis, herpes, fungus are in the differential. accurate diagnosis and treatment are in your best interest.
