Can yr keddneys swell up and press on the bowl?

Kidneys: Unlikely for two reasons. The kidneys are covered in a tough capsule that would prevent them from swelling by very much. The other thing is that the kidneys are actually not in the abdomen but rather behind it and so do not have contact with the intestines.
