A member asked:

If i find relief by taking gabapentin does that mean i have crps? emg made my crps so bad.. in worst pain ever!

No it doesn't: Pain relief on the basis of a particular drug never specifies (or rules in) a specific reason or diagnosis of what's causing the pain. It simply means you respond to the medication. And that's not a bad thing since you are suffering less. Diagnosing crps requires another approach and fulfillment of diagnostic criteria. Your doctor can help you understand what's involved.
