Ovulation: Ovulation usually occurs between 12-21 days after the last day of your last menstrual period. It varies from woman to woman. Ovulation usually results in a slight increase in basal metabolic temperature. Using a digital thermometer first thing in morning to track daily morning temperature can give you an idea when ovulation occurs because a 1 degree temperature increases usually occurs.
