Musculoskeletal: 40's female notes 2 yrs of deep ache upper r shoulder ; neg chest x-ray. Tendonitis or chronic ligament strain most likely. Atrophic superior trapeizius and chronic shoulder tilt can potentiate development of thoracic outlet syndrome. An osteopath might be best type of doctor to diagnose.
