Urethritis: You have gonorrhea or chlamydia. It would be unusual for this to represent hiv. But, if you worry, then please get tested for that when appropriate.

Like to be UTI!: Urinary tract infection(uti) is common after sexual activity in the young females. Your symptoms of frequent urination and painful urination are indicative that you have bladder infection. This will require a short course of antibiotics through your family doctor(gp). Do not delay as infection can spread higher up into the kidney if you leave it untreated.
