Good to ask for help: Finding knowledgeable pain specialists is a problem throughout the country. You may have to travel to a "tertiary" care center and even then? Make the issue effective pain management and if you focus too much on a medicine it might be because you are too focused on the medicine. Medicines can be essential for proper pain management but it is not good to see them become a primary concern.
