Gravol: I don't know which gravol product you're talking about -- there are several of them. http://tinyurl.com/lar4efy the ones with ginger only probably would not help you sleep, but the ones with dimenhydrinate in them might. Please discuss with your own physician, as i also don't know what other medications you might be taking.

Not recommended: Gravol is a combination of diphenhydramine, a sedating antihistamine, and chlorotheophylline, a mild stimulant, which is added to counteract the sleep-inducing effects and allow use during the day as an anti-nausea treatment. Because of this, it's not very effective for insomnia, and may actually have the opposite effect, disturbing sleep later in the night.
