Should be fine: If your blood pressure is under control with your meds you should be fine for sedation and surgery.

Careful with BP: Most dental surgery is performed with local anesthetic(like lidocaine) with Epinephrine to diminish bleeding and prolong the time of numbness. Some blood pressure medicines will react in the presence of Epinephrine with very high, sometimes dangerous, rises in blood pressure. Ask your dentist about your exact meds for advice. Severe hypertension at 29 may indicate underlying disease. Get advice!
