Unexpected Bleeding: Trauma to your abdomen should not cause vaginal bleeding. This is not usually or expected. This makes me very worried about worse things like cervical cancer, cervicitis and other vaginal and uterine abnormalities. Please consider going in for a thorough evaluation urgently with your gynecologist.
