I have a herniated disk in my l4/l5 area how long will it take to get better been having it for 4 weeks now back doesn't really hurt just in my leg?

Variable: The resolution of pain from a herniated disc will vary from person to person. Could be just a few days more for you or could be weeks and even months more, unfortunately. If your symptoms are manageable and you are functioning fine, i would definitely recommend continued time/observation.
