I fell and hip my forehead 3 days ago, its black and blue and my eyelids are red, im not having symptoms of a concussion, do i need to get checked?

Possibly: Blood vessels around the eye are @ risk for rupture w/ falls or other injuries especially as we get older and the vessels are more 'friable' ( more easily injured from because they are less resilient). Probably a good idea to be. ' checked ' by your pcp to make sure no bony injury or other has occurred... Best of luck!
