Yes, but: Talk with the doctor. Cyproterone acetate is not available in the us, but is used nearly everywhere else worldwide. It's safe but you could look at alternatives. Spironolatone is inexpensive and effective, though it takes 6-9 months to work; Finasteride or Flutamide are effective too but should be chosen based on discussion with a doctor. Good luck.
