Gynecology: Not necessarily. But, in this specific instance there is little we can offer her on the internet. She needs a thorough and ongoing relationship with a good gynecologist and may need a full exam with testing to answer this question.

With OCP yes: There is no good evidence that individuals with EDS have any increased difficulty in conceiving. There are however scattered anecdotal reports of spontaneous abortions or preterm deliveries but no cause/effect can be established and no conclusions should be made from these. It seems the OCP (birth control) would be the biggest limiting factor ;)
