i had a lap appendectomy almost two months ago and when i do my plyometrics, i feel like my intestines are going to like spill out. is this normal?

Bloating: Laprascopic incisions are small, however they can develop into a hernia. However the sensation of intestines spilling out is very serious and potentially lethal is true. Cough and hold your hand over one of the small incisions, if you feel a bulge that goes away after the cough, then go in to see your surgeon. Be well.
