Yeast infections: If you are still having symptoms, seeking another round of treatment would not be a bad idea. Some times we use a one time dose of Diflucan (fluconazole) (oral medication) to help with yeast infections. There are uncommon cases of yeast infections with an organism called candida glabrata. This is found on culture and would need different treatment. Hope this helps.
