Why do i pass out when i'm being sick?

Multiple reasons: Very broad question. Depends on type of illness and severity. Co morbid conditions, medications, and general health status. Syncope (passing out ) is taken very seriously by doctors. A comprehensive evaluation should be undertaken to determine if this is a simple vaso vagal response, or if there is a more serious problem.
