No meds: Keep patient upright after feeds for at least one hour, patient doesnt necessarily need medication unless they arent gaining weight, refusing to feed. For irritability and fussiness. Keep head of bed elevated 30-40 degrees. These simple moves, should help improve the reflux. Also dont over feed a child. Stomach can't take more than 4-5 ounces a feed at this age.
