Yeast: Yeast thrive in a high sugar environment but it is more important for diabetics to control their blood sugar as nondiabetic people don't have high blood sugars even when they eat carbs as their pancreatic function secretes enough Insulin to maintain normal blood sugars. Yeast also thrive in warm moist environments like the mouth, vagina, groin, under the breasts, and armpits.

Not so simple: "candidiasis" is not a precise diagnosis. Diet is important for various reasons., but yeast problems occur for other reasons. "the yeast connection" is not considered a valid disorder by medical science. You should see a dr about your symptoms. Candida does not cause fatigue. "flu" may be a viral infection.
