Pacemaker: It could be any number of problems, either with the pacemaker, or with your heart having an arrhythmia, etc. You need to see a doctor asap.

Pacemaker fatigue: While the pacemaker can be effected by high magnetic fields it is not likely that the fields at the dam were strong enough to alter your pacemaker function. In the event that a pacemaker encounters a strong magnetic field it will return to normal function after leaving that field. There are many reasons to be feeling weak, if it persists I would see your doctor just to be sure.
