Need evaluation: Need to see both your physician and your dentist. From the little you have reported it seems that you may have a bacterial infection, a viral infection, both, or something entirely different. May have 2 separate problems at the same time. Please make appointments for comprehensive examinations.

Mouth sores: Sounds viral... Maybe gingivastomatitis. Have your doctor take a look at those sores in your mouth.
