I have mesiocclusion and crowded upper teeth . do i need to pull out some lower teeth to fix the problem. or it can be fixed without a surgery?

Can't tell: Can't tell over the internet if you need extractions to facilitate your orthodontic treatment. Know that you can't put a quart and a half into a quart container. If you have too much tooth for the amount of supporting bone that you have, extractions will probably be required. How do you find out? Easy, go see an orthodontic specialist for an initial examination.
