My 18 yr old daughter has had rt.side abdominal pain for 4 m. now. after 3 ultrasounds, lab work, and an mri nothing was detected. any suggestions?

Second opinion reqd.: There are many parameters necessary to accurately diagnose abdominal pain. These may include whether the pain is dull or sharp; what makes it better or worse. Is it related to menses, any associated nausea or vomitting. ; whether she is contipated or has diarrhea or how long the pain lasts and whether it comes and goes or stays all the time. Get a second opinion with a doctor to get a good history.
