Home remedies: Still unsure why females do this. I have no reason to believe that yogurt would treat a fungal infection. Did your physician prescribe this as a treatment? I am sure that yogurt on your urethra will not cause any problem. It would be benign and easily washed off in the shower and when you urinate. Perhaps you should consider real medication available at the drug store for fungal infections.

DON'T THINK SO: Normally people use some type of antifungal creams to get rid of yeast infection not yogurt.
