Having nightmares: About a traumatic event doesn't constitute a diagnosis. However, if you have additional symptoms - there is a possibility of an anxiety disorder or post traumatic stress disorder. Consider seeing a psychologist or a psychiatrist for a comprehensive evaluation ; to get help. Take care.

Train wreck trauma: Can leave you with nightmares and anxiety. If you are unable to get it behind you, consider seeing a psychiatrist who can evaluate you for post traumatic stress disorder.
