Has anything physically hurt you in your dream and you woke up with pain in that same exact spot?

Dream: It is the other way around. One function of a dream is to keep a irritation from awakening one, so if you have say a stomach ache then you could symboically weave this pain into a dream so you don't wake up right away. Eventually the pain will wake you but you will remember the dream.
