See beloe: It depends what type of bone disease is present. Contacting a local medical university for an orthopedic oncologist as these physicians are usually affiliated with tertiary care centers such as a university for appropriate diagnosis treatment and follow-up good luck thank you.

Normal: The highest alkaline phosphatase levels in children occur in association with viral illnesses (Transient hyperphosphatasemia of infancy and childhood). It is a benign condition that requires no therapy. In my experience with cancer patients with either primary nine cancer or metastatic bone disease, alkaline phosphatase levels are usually normal.
