Green eyes to blue: Yes lot of babies when born have bluish eyes and will change to green or hazel or light brown infirst two years.

Not common: It is not very common to have color change as late as 2 years of age, but it is not unheard of. The more uncommon color changes are from light to very dark (blue to brown) and vice versa. Have a pediatric ophthalmologist look at your daughter, and bring a large photo of her when she was blue eyed for comparison.
