"Clonus" is ...: ... Involuntary, rhythmic spasms and is typically slower than "fasciculations, " which are rapid, irregular quivers of muscle. See the doc who rx's your plaquenil (hydroxychloroquine).

Maybe: Clonus is a manifestation of hyperreflexia. The manuevre you describe could be clonus but assessment needs to be done by your pcp.
