May be your menses: What kind of iud do you have. Sometimes women can have late or light menses if it is a mirena (levonorgestrel). If it is a pargard, then generally that does not effect cycle timing and your cycle could be late due to delayed ovulation. However if the pain is persistant, i would see a gynecologist to rule out an ovarian cyst.

You need to come in: Probable pregnancy vs UTI vs pelvic inflammatory disease. Do you have fevers. You should be examined. Preg test need to be repeated, urine and CBC for the above.

See your Dr.: An iud does not necessarily prevent pregnancy.There are also other issues they cause including eroding into the uterus. You may be pregnant in spite of the iud. See your dr.
