No: No- the tendency to have seizures is not contagious.

Not usually: But if one had infectious meningitis or encephalitis, and another caught the infection, potential of secondary seizures could be seen in both. But typically causes or epilepsy are not infectious.

No: Epilepsy is not contagious .In most cases there is no cause for epilepsy , hereditary factors do play a role in predisposition to have epilepsy. In some cases epilepsy can occur secondary to head injury , brain tumour, previous infections of brain like meningitis encephalitis, neurocysticercosis. http://patient.info/health/epilepsy-a-general-introduction
