Depends on location: It could be a number of things. If the pain is in upper area, it can be an ulcer., lower area can be bladder. If pain is localized to the right upper abdomen , it could be gallstones. Lower right sided pain can be an inflamed appendix or ovary. The best way to determine the cause of your pain is to go see a doctor because some abdominal pain can be more dangerous than others. Take care!

See your doctor: Your symptoms may be signs of something significantly wrong. One cannot tell without a complete history, physical and possible lab/imaging tests. Follow with your doctor as soon as you can.

Specifics please: In what position do you feel better/ worse? What is the quality of pain--sharp, stabbing, pressure, bloating, gassiness? Where in your abdomen (right, mid, left) do you experience discomfort? Duration pain lasts? Is pain deep or superficial? Have you seen blood with stool or change in bowels? Any chance of pregnancy (sexually active)? Any bladder/uti symptoms? Ur doc will need this info 2 help.
