Urgent: Meningitis is a serious infection that requires immediate attention, if anyone is suspected of having that , they have to be seen immediately for a thorough evaluation, certainly headache, fever, neck rigidity, vomiting are some of the symptoms... As mentioned above, this is an infection that requires immediate attention hope this helps.

Headache: Headache and altered level of consciousness is typical meninigitis presentation. Fever is common and high. Bacterial meningitis can be spread by respiratory route.
