Stomach upset: Not sure if it is 100% related to what your ate today. One way or the other, go on a blend diet and plenty of fluids (water primarily, gatorade). Eat banana, steamed rice, mash potatoes. Stay away from grease, fried foods. I don't think you need any other intervention. If better, gradually return back to your normal routine.

Diarrhea: You may have contracted contaminated food or perhaps having a reaction to one of ingredients you consumed. If others who had same meal are experiencing same symptoms then this is more likely. If it persists, or you have bloody stools then it would be a good idea to be evaluated and perhaps your provider might want stool sample for study.
