Cesarean section: If you are not breastfeeding it could be your period. Its normal to bleed a little after all deliveries, that is called lochia. At the begining is red then it changes color to a more pale one. Your doctor would have to do a physical exam to make sure your uterus is well contracted after delivery and that everything is normal.
