Vaginitis: The most probable reason is a fungal infection. If you cannot see your physician, you might try over the couter vaginal applicator of antifungal creams. If they burn too much, then you need to see a doctor for pill prescription.

Vaginal discharge : The most common reasons for vaginal irritation and discharge are yeast and bacterial. This is not necessarily caused by a sexually transmitted disease although it would be good to check for those if you are sexually active. For yeast infections otc anti fungal vaginal creams are effective although it is always good to consult with your pcp if symptoms persist.
