I have a white thick discharge inside vagina no smell no icthing no burning what can it be?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Vaginal discharge: The most common causes of vaginal discharge include a vaginal infection (yeast or bacterial infection, STD, trichomonas. Could also be from foreign body (such as a forgotten tampon or condom) or irritant (such as spermicide, soap). It is not usually possible to know if vaginal discharge is normal or not without an exam. Please see your PMD or gynecologist.
