Normal: Yes. Of course. Most females do not have symptoms until after the baby is big enough to be sharing blood with the mother...After a period is missed.

Not every woman: Gets all the symptoms of pregnancy and sometimes the symptoms are mild and people just ignore them or chalk them up to something else.

Not for long: Some do not have nausea, vomiting. But abdominal expansion, and pressure will come along.
