See your surgeon: It is not clear to me from your comment where your incisional hernia was located or where the bulge is now. Incisional hernias can reoccur. See your surgeon to evaluate your problem.

Was mesh used?: If mesh was used for the repair, the bulge may be normal. It is important to rule out a recurrent hernia, and other reasons for masses like a hematoma if you just had the surgery. Best to follow-up with your general surgeon. A history and physical exam should help narrow the possibilities.
