Not allergy: Having nasal congestion for a few days may be a cold. As you underwent skin testing, i assume you have had symptoms for a while. You may be suffering from non-allergic rhinitis. Start by rinsing your nose with saline. If this is not enough, there are prescription nasal sprays that can help. Still, you sho7uld have your nose examined by a physician to make sure there is nothing more serious.

Continue...: Please continue to explore why you have congestion with your doctor. If allergy is not a reason for your congestion, your doctor may order a ct scan to study inside of sinus, or refer you to an ENT specialist. If you have an undiagnosed tooth abscess in the upper jaw, your sinus may continue to have discharge, so visiting to get your teeth checked is also important.
