Unlikely: Most women, the majority, don't have implantation bleeding. What you most likely have is breakthrough bleeding, bleeding in the middle of the cycle due to hormonal imbalances, thyroid, weight (thin/heavy). If you're at all concerned, though, take a home pregnancy test. Answer will be fast and accurate.
