Fatigue with rhiniti: If coughing from your post-nasal drip is keeping you awake at night, you may very well be tired in the daytime. In addition, many of the medicines that are takin for allergic rhinitis may cause you to be sleepy and to feel tired. Review your allergy medicines with your doctor.

Inflammation...: ...Is the cause of allergic rhinitis and many other medical problems. One of the effects of this is to cause fatigue. Rhinitis can also cause breathing and thus sleep problems which can cause fatigue in that way. So treating the rhinitis can help in several different ways. Good luck!
