No.: In your history you have put in that you have an abscess and endometriosis as well as the fact that you are on antibiotics.No, the c-section is not opening up after 4 years. The more likely diagnosis is ingrown hair infection/abscess or an endometriosis seeding into the scar.Your ob/gyn will be able to give you a better answer once he/she has had a chance to examine you and do some investigations.
